He is deeply knowledgeable in estimating repair/rehab costs, After Repaired Value; (ARV), managing Contractors, and repair crews, and dealing with Vendors, Suppliers, Construction Permits, and City Inspectors. He is an active Member of Central Florida Real Estate Investors Association, (CFRI) where he served as a Board Member being the Operations Committee Chair and co-leader of the “Quick Turn, Flipping Houses” focus group. He is an Accredited Buyer Representative A.B.R.
